Had lovely experience, overall perfect little and brilliant place.
The rooms they offer were spotless and beautifully maintained with tea, tea/coffee, shower. The location was perfect as for me, short walk to a pub, and the central area. Also, York Minster was 1 km away from the hotel.

Request a room away from the bar or busy road to ensure a quieter night's sleep, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to everything in town, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. The road noise was bothersome, and the room could have been warmer despite the assurance of heating.

Would stay here again
Nice clean room with a comfy bed and a big shower cubicle. The room had loads of power points, a USB charger, and some cute decor like a lampshade and cushions. Staff were super friendly and helped us with everything. Location was great too, just a short walk to the train station.
